How to replace leather Handbrake handle.
 

Can anyone assist with the above. I've managed to put a tear on the leather handbrake handle for my 2015 V40. I have bought a replacement but cant seem to get the old handle off. It's just the leather handle that I need to replace nothing else.

Any ideas????
