Default Good vibrations :-(

HI. New to this bit of the forums as I only just added an S40 to the garage alongside the venerable 850 wagon. And it seems a little vibratory at low revs. Not really unpleasant but noticeable. It all seems to smooth out as the revs climb. My thought (without looking at the manual) is aging engine mounting rubbers.

What think you ? Car is a 1998 T2.0 automatic with the B4204Tmotor.

yep, particularly the mount by the nose of the engine. Check out some of the threads on the S40 board for ideas but I'd consider a) tires (rotate front/rear) b) axles (inspect boots) c) motor mounts (try the power-brake test)
