V40 2.0 T oil leak from turbo oil retun pipe

Hello, I have just bought a 98 V 40 2.0 turbo estate. I noticed oil leaking from the turbo return pipe, where it enters the block. I have replaced the sealing ring, but it is still leaking!! just not as much. Has anyone had the same problem, and managed to fix it. Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers.

The seal might have torn for came unseated.
