Default Emmission light
on starting the engine after fitting new NGK spark plugs, the emmission warning light illuminated. Why/how do I cancel it

You need access to an OBD2 code reader to view and then reset the codes.

Glad that you’ve found the possible reason. It is always like that – the most important is to find the cause, and then it is just the repairment of what’s left.
