Headlights dim/flicker when intermittent wipers.
 

Hey all,

I have a 2008 V50 in Canada, this evening when I was driving home it started to rain so I just quickly gave the windshield a wipe with the manual option(up on the stall switch). After the wipers finished the sweep of the windshield I noticed what seemed like a flicker in the headlights. Upon further investigation I found the lights were dimming then coming back to full power.
Has anyone else experienced this or have a fix for it?
