Default V50 Multiple Service Messages Will Not Start

The V50 is in the garage. Ran fine. No issues. Get in car and it will not start. Looked at information screen and there are multiple services messages displayed including airbag failure and steering failure. No noise, no engine cranking, nothing. What computer part just failed?

Default Answer to Multiple Service Messages

Okay. Here is what I did. Last night tried to jump start with my self contained jump start battery pack. Did not work. This morning I borrowed my neighbors jumper cables. Electrical system went on as soon as the cables were connected to the battery. Let battery charge for a few minutes and it cranked right over. Dead battery. All of the service messgaes went away. Brought it to my local shop for a new battery, lube, oil, and filter change and a check up to see why battery died. Guess battery just died as it is the original factory unit since 2006. Still at shop. If they find anything else wrong I will keep you updated.
