I Have a 2006 V50 T5 (2WD) and the Vacuum pump has started to make more noise than usual and remains on for a minute after shutting off the car. Before i go replacing the pump, is the pump the issue or will it make that noise if there is a leak somewhere in the system stopping it create the vacuum? If that is the case then is there a popular area for the fault to occur?

No issues with the brakes when driving, no different feel in the pedal or stopping ability
