Is the 2000 V70 an undesirable year?

So, now I'm thinking I may keep my 5-speed 2000 NA V70. I have seen where people offer advice to others indicating they should staty away from the 2000 V70. Why? I did have to get the dealer to upgrade the ETM, but other than that the car is pretty solid. Did I get lucky? Will it fall apart at 130,000 k? Is the issue with the automatic version? Should I get rid of it anyway?
Thanks,

Why get rid of it? My daughter has a 99 S80 T6 that was nothing but problem after problem for a while. The dealer took care of everything and she hasn't had any problems now for quite some time. My mother in law has an 01 V70 and has had no problems at all.

I was only to going to sell it because a friend of mine just had twins and needs a bigger vehicle. Now I am thinking he would be better off getting one with any options he wants. The automatics in any trim level are a dime a dozen here in NC. I think I would miss having my wagon a great deal, it is so versitile and fun to drive. My 5-speed was a chore to find, and it is fairly well optioned, I'll keep it.
I was just curious if there was some major malfunction with these models.
