Default 2001 Volvo V70 T5 - CEL - P1132

Hi,
I have a 2001 Volvo V70 T5 and check engine light is on. I checked the code at local autozone and they gave me code P1132. It seems it has something to do with the oxygen sensor. But their code reader was not able to give me more information. Can someone help me with finding the exact part # for this code so that I can order it?

Car has about 57K miles. It seems it is consuming more gas and pickup is also less.

Thanks,

This isn't Volvo specific, but an oxygen sensor is usually the culprit, especially when you're burning more gas and losing power. The oxygen sensor is in the exhaust stream and sends information to the great computer telling it, along with temp, throttle position, airflow mass sensors on how much fuel to inject. They do wear/burn out occassionally.
And in most cars, aren't that much of a problem to replace, or even to have replaced.

Since I'm an owner of a V70 T5 for only a week, I've not looked for its location on that particular model. Sorry. I have replaced them on various Ford, GM, and Honda cars without ill result, however.

Yes that code is for the front O2 sensor.

Check FCPgroton.com for the sensor.

Thanks for the responses ! I got the Front O2 sensor replaced and after about a month or so, yesterday CEL light came on again and the code is still P1132. Any ideas?

Make sure you have no vacuum leaks at all anywhere.

which oxygen sensors did you buy? I see the ones at the volvo dealership are $334 and $224, IPD $199 and $96(BOSCH) Fcp Euro $105 and $64 (BOSCH) that is a huge difference in price. If anyone has any suggestions plz reply. Thanks
