Default 98 t5 Boost Control

My BCS (Boost Control Solenoid) has three vacuum lines stemming from it. Two lines have bluegreen hose clamps on them. The remaining line, which I suppose would be connected "downward" when the module is clipped to the airbox, (marked Volvo 976735- didn't notice markings on other lines) is hanging loose. Connected to nothing.
One line runs to the air snorkel, one seems to tun to the wastegate, but WHERE oh WHERE does this line plug in?
I've poured over several diagrams, photos, and schematics- still can't figure it out.
Can anyone slap some sense into me?
I have a feeling the line is severed; don't have the time to dig back into it right now either-
Thank you all in advance.

P.S. Car runs "ok," no CEL. Only discovered when replacing lower rad. Hose.

I just took a quick look at mine in limted light. From what I can tell, the pipe that is disconnected on yours should be routed to the inlet manifold and attached to a nipple that is pointed to the front of the car, in the area of the idle control valve. There are a couple of pipes clumped together in that area.

If any of these pipes are disconnected you will be lacking power, or at least lacking power when you require boost.

there should be a vacuum line diagram sticker on the hood.
