99 V70 - CEL, limp mode after Head Gasket replacement
 

I finally got the head gasket replaced in my 99 V70 GLT. The car now starts (sometimes a little rough) but the CEL is on and the snow drive arrow blinks. I think (going off memory) this is a P1618 - error between ECU and TCU units. I've also got a CEL of O2 sensor and another for intake ari temp sensor, but i'm not real concerned about those yet. I'd like to see if i can get the TCU/ECU code resolved.
- I talked with my shop and they suggested checking all grounds out. I did that over the weekend and didn't find anything.
- After that i tried clearing the ECU with the following:
after waiting 15 minutes after the car had been turned off, diconnecting the + and - battery leads, then touching them together for 30 sec. Once that had been done, wait another 15 minutes, reconnect the battery and fire up the car. This was not successful
- to attempt another method of clearing the ecu, i pulled fises 6 and 23 in the main fuse bank and attempted to start the car (it won't start.... intentionally)... removed the key from ignition, then replaced fuses, restarted car... no success either.

I dodn't have any of these codes before the head gasket blew... anybody have other ideas or suggestions on what to try to resolve my P1618? i'd like the car to drive normal now that it's running again :)
