A/C turns on when the car is parked?

A/C turns on when the car is parked?
Hi,
I have a 2001 V70T5, the car performs great and very comfortable. BUT...... For some reason the air condition will sometimes turn on after I parked the car?
When I leave the car in it's parking space or side walk, everything is normal but then when I come back to get into the car I notice the fan/ air will be on?
I will then have to start the car and turn it off to shut it off.
Any suggestions or what might be the cause?
