Hello,

I have been having problems with my CCM in my Volvo 2002 v70. Before I even looked at the circuit board the CCM would only blow COLD air only blowing out of the middle vents (face vents).

I then purchased a used CCM and was able to change the vents with the used cluster. Only, I was not able to use all functions and the temperature was stuck on HEAT.

I have researched and concluded that the problem is the thermistor which I replaced. I have now replaced and reinstalled the thermistor but the problem is still the same. Only cold air and face vents. All other functions work (heated seats, rear window defogger.. etc)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
