I am having a real issue solving an error code P0234. We have replaced the Map Sensor and found a crack in the vacuum tee fitting and replaced it as well. Thought the problem was resolved, but the over boost code resurfaced. I could tell the minute I hit the throttle and the turbo seams to jump off the line, but dies as the rpm reaches the next gear shift.

The strange thing is the sevice engine light will come off with time, but resurface down the road. The condition appears more common with the ac on. Any suggestions would be a great help.

The Boost Valve might be bad.
Another Vaccum line might be bad.
