Default Evap small leak replace j-hose

Has anyone had to replace the j-hose on a 02 V70 ? I got under the car and located the hose but I can't seem to get my hands into the area I need them to get that hose out never mind getting the new one in . Should I even bother trying to do this my self or should I just bring it to a shop and let them deal with it The car is a 2002 V70 non turbo 2wd

Might be better letting a shop do it. You have to drop the rear suspension a little to get to it.

Hello tech, I've been waiting for warm weather to do this one. I hoped the J-hose would be waiting there for me, and all I had to do was remove the fendre liner. Could you please provide a few details on this job. Will my rear shock and spring have to come out? Thanks Kira

No if you look good there is I believe 4 screws holding the center part of the suspension on slowly loosen each one some to drop the center down. Then slide your hand up in there and work it out of there.
