HELP with installing cotrol arm bushings

2001 V70 non-turbo:

I'm ready to replace the crappy "store brand" control arm bushings that lasted a wopping 24K miles with new Volvo bushings. (I got the Taxi/Police heavy duty front bushings). Have the control arms off, the old bushings out and have the new bushings in the freezer chilling.
Before I install the new bushing, is this the correct "instructions" for orientation of the font bushing?? (see page 6)
http://www.v70xc.com/resources/how-t...m-bushings.pdf

Also, what does the note on page 5 mean?:
"Do not press in more than the measured bushing position"

The front bushings were pressed all the way in to where the outer sleeve was flush with the outer edge of the control arm, but the rear bushings protruded about 0.150" out of the lower side of the control arm.

Finally - what are the torque specs for the control arm to fram bolts?

THANKS!

Hmmmm .... maybe I posted this in wrong forum.
Well, anyways, FINALLY got the bushings pressed in.
1st attempt, I put bushings in freezer for 2-3 days and then control arms in oven @ 250° for 20 mins. Per a post I saw some where, they should basically just drop in with a few taps from a light hammer. WRONG!
Next, I jury-rigged a poor man's press using 2 pieces of plate steel and 2 12" long bolts. Put the bushing/control arm/press sleeves between the plates and crank down on the bolts (saw a youtube vid where some one did this with ease). Well, got one of the front bushing 3/4 way in and could not get the sleeves all lined up just right to get it all the way in. Spent 8 hrs fiddling with it, including trip to hardware store for piece of 2" pipe and then cutting notch in it, as seen on yet another post some place. Just could not make it happen even when holding everything while my daughter cranked down on the bolts.
SO, this morning, went to local indy Europen Car repair shop to pay them to do it. He did not have the right sleeves for Volvo, but let me use his press. 10-15 mins later and I'm all done using the sleeve I made from the 2"x2.5" pipe nipple!
I really don't see how anyone gets these front bushings in without a press. The rears I did in my bench vice with no problem at all.

Now, to reinstall the arms ........................
