Leaking roof drains?

When it rains heavily, I get water leaking through the roof on both sides of the car. It leaks in the corner foam areas of the roof near to corner of the front of the sunroof.
Could be a blocked drain but on both sides?
I understand there's some sort of class action lawsuit about Volvo's leaking roof.
Any ideas what to do?
Should new bigger drain tubes be put in? Is there a way to unblock with a power washer or some chemical?
It only happens during heavy rains and when you test with a water hose on the roof, nothing leaks, unless it's because the foam absorbs a lot before it starts.

Hi, the best way I have always found to clean the drains was to use an air hose, start with low pressure...maybe 40psi, see if that helps and bump the power up. I have never done this to a volvo particularly so I say start with low pressure just in case, but I have done this to my old chevrolet and I hit it with 120psi with no issues.

Plug a rubber hose into the air nozzle on the end of the gun and snake your way to the drain hole, and burst it a few times and look to see if any comes out the bottom. On my Chevrolet the sunroof drain hose exits towards the bottom of the door jam on each side. If you think you cleared it just take a cup of water and pour a tiny amount in to see if it makes it to the ground.

Good advice I think. I can imagine a worst case where you may need to snake a wire down through there, but I have not had to do that. If crud gets in the drains it'll tend to be right at the opening on top.
