Default Molding?

Hi, I tried to do a search on this topic with no success, maybe I am not using the right word for the part, I don't really know what is the real name for it...

I just bought a 2004 V70 with the 2.4, eveything is great except one small thing...It seems that the "gutter trim" or the roof molding that goes from the hood to the back of the wagon is not attached/clipped properly. When I pull on the part that covers the windshield, I can easily see under, in other words, it's loose...I see some sort of a blue clip under, try to push on it with no success...BTW, I don't get any wind blowing inside the cabin...

Anybody know how to fix that?

Thanks

You will have to replace the clips.

Do you think it's something I can do by myself, or should I leave it to a my volvo mechanic....because I don't want to break anything right???

It really isn't all that hard but you might want to have them do it.
Does it have the roof rails on it?
If not and you are thinking about adding them now would be a good time.

No, adding the rails is not something I want to do, I am really happy with look of the car as it is...plus I have enough storage for my skis and others in the trunk...The only clip I would have to replace would be the one that is in the middle of the windshield / passenger side.....How should I proceed ? Any clue ?

I believe there is 3 there.
Also you might want to buy the kit. Because when you try to lift up high enough to replace the clip one of the others might break as well.

Not sure if you could find them online you might have to get from the Dealer.
That molding is usually called the Drip rail molding.
