Default Oil change.........regular or synthetic and which one?

I just got my V70 T5 and i dont know which oil is recommended, viscosity vise and should i go with synthetic or regular and at which intervals to change it at?

Any help would be appreciated

Thanx a lot guys, i guess ill go with a regular for a first change then ill go with synthetic cause i buy it at BJ's Wholesale Club at a discount.

Does anyone know of any good deals on oil, filters and air filters?

Pep Boys or Autozone or something?

I buy my stuff from FCP Groton.

They advertise here on this forum on the banners at the top for page.
