Some Hanging Stuff Under Front of Car
 

I found three electrical looking things hanging in the front of the car near the lower air intake vents which I think on some cars might also be where foglights go. Two things, one on each side, look identical. They look like they are supposed to be attached to something like a grommet or a hole. I am thinking they might be outside temp sensors?? The other is a two wire connector of some sort and is hanging near the charcoal canister thing for evap emmissions. I can't see anything that is should be attached too. Pics included. Any Ideas?

The white plug looks like a Fog light plug.

The rest are Temp sensors.
The sensors are attached to them already in the Pics.
