the look of 18"s
Was about to retire my old v70, but the honda I got to replace it, even though much newer just does not cut it. Not big enough, not smooth enough, not nice enough. Funny how my 185k mile volvo runs better than a civic with 60k. So honda is to be sold and v70 back in, until I can aford a new v70R ( year or two) also adding a little extra goodies like full tune up, tint, wheels and tires, etc. Question is: I ordered a set of 18" wheels with 215/40 tires and I am wondering if after I put them on, the car will looked "jacked up" badly with a big gap over the tires, and need lowering springs for a normal look? Or will it look fine without them. Also, any rubbing with this size? Any rubbing after lowering it? And if I do lower the car, will the stock shocks work ok? Thank you very much for your help.
