V70 Passenger door won't unlock!
 

Hi Everybody, Newbie here with a question about my 2000 V70 Wagon (which I love!) Yesterday, all doors working fine, since my wife picked me up at the airport and I got in and out of the passenger door without any problems. Today, I clicked doors open as usual, and all the lock/unlock sticks popped up. I went to open the front passenger door, and the lever pulled out, but the door would not open. I tried a few times, but nothing happened. I clicked to locks closed and open again a few times, but still door would not release. Then I went inside car, and crawled into the front passenger seat, and pulled lever and nothing happened. I opened and closed the locks a few times more, but still nothing. So right now the door is locked shut, although the lock/unlock stick pops up and down. Is there a way of removing the interior door panel to access the door while the door is closed? Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated before I take the car into the dealer. Thanks!!!!

Did you do a search? I think I read about someone opening a stuck door before.
