Hi,
I'm considering a project vehicle and looking at a used 2013 Volvo XC60 T6. I ran my Autel scanner and YIKES! I don't think I've seen this many fault codes before. I like a project but I also don't want to throw a ton of $$ chasing issues. I've attached the fault codes list. A few thoughts I had:
1. Does the battery need to be replaced and let CEM/ECM reset (extended time off battery 30-60 minutes).
2. I've read that the A-Pillar sunroof drain can clog and damage modules....not sure if this is the issue vs short in CAN bus or something else??

Any thoughts on what could cause this vehicle from throwing so many fault codes? See file summary 2025-12-29 14-22-26 for the variety of systems that had codes. I'm stumped but also super curious and love learning this stuff.
