doors don't unlock

doors don't unlock
Used to be that when I shut the 2015 XC60 off and opened the drivers door ALL the other doors would unlock. This is no longer the case! Now when I shut the vehicle off and open the driver's door ALL the other doors remain locked unless I hit the unlock button. I am convinced that a setting was inadvertently changed. How do I change back to have ALL the door unlock when I exit the vehicle. Service writer couldn't provide an answer. HELP!!!
