Yes. Turned out to be a 12volt battery problem with some fuse issues as well. Probably not what you are seeing though. Mine had to be towed in.

 

Could be a battery, or just a glitch. If you feel up to it, try rebooting the car. Disconnect the negative battery terminal and go have a sandwich. Come back and re-connect the terminal, making sure there is no corrosion on either of the terminals.
