Default Error Code P0016

Can someone help me diagnose this problem? on a 2016 XC60 2.5T. Getting this code (P0016 - Crankshaft position camshaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor A) constantly and loss of power. Recently got an oil change.
What could be the issue and what should i start with first? Cleaning the VVT solenoid? is there more than one? how do I know if one is faulty? Changing spark plugs?

check out this post for some good insights. The P0016 points to your exhaust cam's vvt. definately not a sparkplug issue. Could be wiring, could be the VVT hub, could be the solenoid sticking. How many miles on the car? When was the last timing belt service done?

In simple terms, the engine control module (ECM) has detected that the timing of the crankshaft and camshaft is out of sync.
