Hand's Free Calls Noise
 

My wife has a 2017 XC60 and if you call her in the car, there is a very bad fan noise that drowns out her voice--even if the fan is barely running. Anyone else experiencing this and have some guidance before I start troubleshooting? If it matters, she has a Samsung Galaxy S9 connected through bluetooth, but I think it did it with her old Galaxy S5 as well.
