Low Battery Warning

Low Battery Warning
I purchased a 2011 volvo xc60 about a year and a half ago. It's got about 115k miles on it now. Right after bringing it home we noticed a Low Battery warning. Took it back to the seller who put in a new battery, looked at it, said "that's weird, here's a new battery" and we were on our way. Surface level research suggests this is a thing with this model? The warning comes and goes at random. Some time the more scary -- "power system urgent service" message pops up and then goes away after a few miles. Any insight as to why this is happening? Is it just an error that could be fixed with a software update? A sign of larger issues to come? Thanks -- I am a noob.

What battery is in the car? Is it a size 48 /H6? It will work just fine - but you will get the "low battery warning".
The correct battery is a size 92/T7. Interstate mt92/t7, advance auto t7, Volvo 30772236 and many others. The correct T7 battery seems to be only made in Germany. They all look alike and have the same made in Germany stickers on them. Just the brand name sticker is different.
Be sure to reset the battery monitoring system after battery replacement.
Now the "power system urgent service " could indicate a problem with the alternator and or drive gear - the one way clutch on the 6 cylinder engine. What engine is in your car?
