Problem with axle or steering?
 

(2018 / S60 Inscription) Just turned 40k miles

Hey everyone, new here and I am fed up with my Dealership. The problem is that I hear and feel a pop (like metal sliding between lose bolt slots) ... every time I hard accelerate from a stop and now it is doing it on some turning.
I feel it in the steering wheel and also the pedals. I have taken the car to the local dealership and they "tested it all day" and cannot find the problem or even see this issue happen. BS. I can get it to occur 8 out of 10 attempts every day. I was told by the "service advisor" that it may be one of those things that has to break before they can find it. BS. It is getting louder and worse. I told them that they should expect a lawsuit if I am doing 60 and it breaks and the car becomes an accident. This is just one problem I have but lets focus on this one first seeing as it is possibly dangerous.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions what it could be? I am no mechanic, any help to fight this problem is appreciated!

If you can get it to happen 80% of the time, why don't you ride with one of their techs and demonstrate the issue?
