Hi, I'm considering buying a full set of genuine set SAT NAV & DAB units + looms from a 2016 xc60 model, and was wondering can I retrofit them into my 2009 xc60 SE LUX?? The units also come with a new centre console panel.

Any advice greatly received.

The Sensus infotainment system changed in 2010, 2014 and 2015.5. It is connected to several CEM options and the instrument cluster by software. Therefore, I doubt a retrofit can be done by yourself without reprogramming. There may be some aftermarket kits available to achieve similar functionality for navigation, bluetooth and audio.
