Weak brakes

2700 miles on my 2019. I got it around New Year's. I love it and have yet to go to the dealer for anything.
I notices that the brakes seem to be weak. Perhaps a bit spongy and certainly not a sure as I would hope. What are all of you finding?

The brakes on our 2016 XC60 are great. I'd take it back and have them looked at.
