Xc60 2013 front disc brakes caliper springs
 

My right front caliper spring fell off in my driveway. It is made of a flat spring material and was damaged when it fell off. Looking at various webb parts houses I find the spring. Sometimes it is shown as a flat spring but on other sites it is shown as being made from round spring wire. I ordered a set of springs that were pictured as flat but when received they were made of the round spring wire. I removed the wheel and was able to place the spring on the caliper but it did not look secure..
Has anyone else run into this problem and do you think the round wire spring will Work? Thanks in advance for any info on this dilemma.
