XC60 T6 2018 - Accessory belt replacement
 

Hi guys,

After noticing a more than anoying high pitch acute sound at cold start, like -15 deg C cold, I guess it's time to change my accessory belt. (154k kms)
However, being new in the Volvo fellowship, I'm not aware of any recurent or particular problem(s) on that model.
Since I'll be in the belt area, should I take the opportunity to look at some specific parts you might think of ?

with any drive belt, check the service interval recommendations regarding replacing the tensioner and pulleys. you can also feel around to see if any components feel off. You can also inspect for any possible leaks/weepiness/loose cracked vacuum hoses etc but at 100K miles, I wouldn't expect anything major.
