1998 xc 70
Hello, I am a new member who owns a 1998 V70 which has been just about flawless for 70,000 kms since I bought it 2 years ago....so, I talked my daughter into buying a 1998 XC 70 at a dealership in vancouver last June which she proceeded to drive east to Ontario. She made it, but visited every Volvo specialist along the way and has many $ in repairs...the main problem is stalling and no one has seemed to solve the problem...it stalls and has to sit for hours before it will restart. She's finished with the car but I'd like to fix it and try to recoup some of her money...HELP...mackenziekeith@hotmail.com

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Has the car popped a CEL? What are the codes? The most common problem with these cars stalling is the fuel pump relay. Has she got on any of the forums and asked the question that you have?
