2004 Volvo XC70 having tons of “low signal codes”

hi guys it’s a 2004 Volvo XC70 T5 with 117k miles. It’s had occasional shift flare for a while now, probably the last 20k miles. Lately it will randomly have the check engine light come on along with service transmission soon light. It comes and goes but the other day whilst driving to the mountains the transmission went in to limp mode (dash showing a (-) instead of a p,r,n,d and staying in one gear). Turned the car on and off and it and got back on the road where it did a huge shift flare then went back into limp mode. Note on the transmission; I did a fluid flush 10k miles ago. Here are the codes as read by a Snap-On Modis

Transmission code 002F lock up function slipping or not engaged

8F2E and 8F21 and 8F2D windshield wiper signal too low

6F71 Fuel hatch signal too low

6A04 Door Locked Right rear signal too low

Door locked left rear signal too low (I couldn’t see the code)

6C48 Transponder type faulty signal low

so far I’ve had my battery tested. It was at 75% the morning after being driven the day before. Nothing appeared to be wrong with it.

I'd start by cleaning the ground strap connection to both the chassis and the battery. Any signs of corrosion or bubbling of the cable's insulation?

You should also look at a wiring diagram to look for common ground points for those elements (check if your year is available on volvowiringdiagrams.com )
