2004 XC70 Protective Grating
 

I have a 2004 XC70. I just purchased the Protecting Grating, part #39867142, and am having some trouble installing it. The directions do not seem to work.

Do I need Steel Cargo Barrier Mounting Kit? Part #9166934

One issue may be the rear seat belts that are installed. How do I remove them if need be?
