Default Turn Signal and Hazzard lights work Intermittantly

I have a 1999 XC70 and recently my turn signal lights are on solid and not flashing when I’m turning and have noticed that the hazard lights do not work at the same time. The lights may work fine one minute and not the next. The fuses appear to be fine, could this be a turning switch problem?

Sounds like the Hazard switch/Relay is bad.
The relay is in the Hazard switch.

BTW I am moving this post to the proper section.
