Front end low speed wobble
 

1999 V70XC 125000 miles recently I had the front bearings done. They were almost welded on so axles were replaced too. When I got it back, I noticed a slight wobble sideways at first movement forward especially if uphill ( I live on a hill) and more if accelerating quickly. It was confirmed and thought to be "hub" or splines not meshing at first. Axles replaced again and problem remained. Research said to use special Volvo locktite "glue" during reassembly. Did it but still have wobble. More research being done by shop so I thought of you guys. Can you help me help the mechanics? Car runs smooth after initial start. It is not a Volvo only shop and I trust them.
Wheels are balanced and aligned. Front end components are ok.
