High-backed booster in XC70?

Help! I am having difficulty finding an in-between seat that will fit in the back seat of the Volvo XC70 without removing the headrest (that cannot be removed, I am told by my dealer - is there a way to remove the rear-seat headrest?). I bought the Britax Regent first, but it is so large that my daughter can't sit with her feet forward (my husband and I are both very tall). We can't put my daughter behind the passenger seat because we have a rear-facing infant seat that barely fits there as it is. So, then I bought the Graco Turbobooster, thinking that would fit - but it doesn't lay flat against the backseat... so I don't know what to do other than sell my car!!! What do other folks use for the backed booster (my daughter isn't ready for the backless / integrated booster that comes with the vehicle).

Any help at all would be most appreciated!!!

Thank you. I'll give that a try.

Somehow I forgot to mention they work great. I know what you're saying about the rear-facing, I have mine on the passenger side, and make any passengers deal with it. They're cheap too, I think we paid around $50-60 for them at Target. Wife and I bought a pair, along with both our folks for when they have the kids for the day.

The big seller for me was that the back can come off for booster seat only, no need to go buy ANOTHER one in a year or so!
