Hi all and thanks in advance...

I am looking at a 2001 XC70 with a trans that slips on the 1-2 shift. I know the early 2000 model s60 had an issue and assume the xc did also. Will a newer year transmisison work? Will there be an issue with the trans computer and software?

Thanks!...looks like AW55-50...

 

The AW55-50 transmissions, being 5 speed need to have the JWS3309 spec'd ATF.
