vibration/roughness hardleft
When I make a hard left under acceleration I am getting a roughness/vibration from the front right of the car. It sounds like it is coming from the wheel. It only happens when I do this somewhat aggressively or in a corner that exagerates the weight on the front right of the car (e.g. down hill on an offcamber corner). Any suggestions for the cause, severity and cost to fix?

Maybe a bad axle or wheel bearing?

I vote the same way..... However I would definitely suspect a wheel bearing if the vehicle has over 75K on it. Cost?? Depends on who does the work

RE: vibration/roughness hardleft
I'm thinking bearing now too. Now there is a high pitch hum between 50 and 55 mph coming from the same wheel. It looks like you have to replace the whole hub/bearing assembly. The part isn't too expensive and this is typically not too involved a replacement, however does this require special tools to perform the replacement, or is it especially complicated in this vehicle?
