2003 XC90 dash
 

Good evening, hope anyone can help.
long story short.
I have a 2003 Volvo XC90. I have had dash/instrument cluster resoddered & new components put in. I am again losing lights & dash 😢😢😢 can I purchase another dash, instrument cluster(matches my numbers & clip) to fix?? Will I still have issues with communication error/codes(SRS airbag) eat board & go black again??? Do I have to take to dealership to clear codes, can I have a mechanic clear??
