Default 2023 Recharge Heater and A/C Quit Working

I have a 2023 XC90 Recharge (my first Volvo) where the heater, air conditioning, defroster and certain other functions quit working. I parked the car in a parking garage one evening for about 6 hours. When I returned to go home, the car turned on and drive normally, but the heater, air conditioning, defroster, turn signals, seat heaters, etc quit working. I turned the car completely on and off a couple of times on the way but that didn't work. The outside temp was around 20-25F that night. The following morning I started the car and everything was back to normal. I called the dealership to see if I needed to bring the car in, but the service tech said Volvo's will do this if they can't get a could cellular signal. That answer seems ridiculous to me. Why have a car's functions rely on getting a cell signal? What if someone is out in the middle of nowhere without cell service, does the a/c, heater just quit working? I personally think the computer needed to be reset, but at the time, car was two weeks old, first Volvo and the sales rep never explained how to reset the computer system.

Just wondering if anyone had this happen to them before? Do you think the car needed a reboot?

Sorry, but no I was never able to get a satisfactory answer. The rebooting of the system did work and fortunately this issue has not popped up since then.
