Best Years for Reliability XC90 2013 and up

Hello forum! I'm looking at buying a XC90 and would like to stay in the years of 2013 and newer. I'd really love to have adaptive cruise control, but would compromise on that feature over reliability.

What is the best buy for reliability as far as engine/year/model? Also, how low do I need to stay in mileage to keep major issues from popping up?

In the US 13 and 14 were the original body style and offered with a 3.2 FOMOCO/Volvo/Land Rover inline 6. 2015 and up is the new body style with the new big screen in the dash, and only comes with the 2.0 turbo 4 cylinder with or without supercharger (in addition to the turbo, called a t5 and a t6) and also comes in the T8 version with a battery pack and an electric motor for a few miles of electric only power. There's no spare in the T8 if that's important to you. So T5 is 4cyl with turbo, T6 is 4 cyl with turbo and supercharger, T8 has turbo, electric rear drive and a rechargeable battery. The inscription trim has all the bells and whistles, momentum trim has fewer.

Thank you. I get the variations in years/trims which is why I picked up the 203 & 14 in case that gen was more reliable. I'm just not clear on which gen and engine is the best for overall reliability. I also understand that some of these are made in sweden, some the us, some china, and some canada?
