Heated seat swap. Will it work?
 

Hello all! I recently acquired a 2003 XC90 from a friend. It needs a lot of work and the interior is rough. The seats are all coming apart at the seams and the leather is very cracked.

The seats in it now are leather and power, but not heated. I was wondering if I was able to find a set of front heated seats at a salvage yard if I could swap them in and then just get the heated seat switches (likely the whole panel) for the dash if it would work. Anyone know if the wiring and everything is there. Would it just be pop in the panel, pop in the seats, and I'd have heated seats, or no?

Anybody have any ideas? Just need to know if the wiring would be there, and if there is anything else I'd need to grab from a donor...

Interesting question, something tells me the this is the only option you have found so far for the seams coming apart?
I have only owned this on since Dec 15. I haven't gotten that far.

You can buy replacement leather lowers, but that's more expensive than a whole new seat at a salvage yard, and more work.
