Ipod adapter question on 2nd Gen Nano
Hello:
I got the dealer installed FM transmitter for the Ipod, but even with the adapter sleeve, the connections do not match up with the 2nd generation Nano. Any idea where I can get the proper sized adapter or if they even make one yet? Thanks. Mike |

I don't think they make one, but I could be wrong.
And sorry but you bought a bad product. FM transmitters are horrible. The sound quality is crap and trying to find a station that works well is just as hard. Good luck. |

Are there any other options to play Ipod music other than FM transmitter? Thanks for the speedy response.

For your model Volvo I don't know. But in a general sense yes there are.
I am using a BlitzSafe Ipod Adapter. It plugs into my CD Changer port on the back of my HU and I just tapped a 12V source and boom my Ipod plays through my car stereo. Now I cannot control it with the HU controls. But I don't really care that much. |

Sorry fellow XC90 owner. Unless you have the 07 with the auxillary ports you are out of luck. The only option for me is the FM Transmitter. I have an 03 XC90 w/Premium Sound and have researched this for a while. I am trying to find someone that would try playing around with software so that I can put the 07 radio in even though the ECU is different for 03-05 XC90's and the new radio.
