Multiple Fuses blow
'04 XC90 T6
Towing package ordered from Volvo, installed by me. All plug-in type connectors.
Driver Side heated seat fuse blows about 30% of the time it get's used. No trailer involved. This probably happens more often than 30% and has got worse in the last year.
Trailers were different in all cases.
Brake lights fuse can blow while while towing. Last time it blew we had been towing a trailer for hours prior. It happend as we pulled up to a stop sign.
Running lights fuse can blow while towing. Last time it happened we were just starting to slow down for a stop light.
Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of any of these fuses blowing? Thank you for any help or ideas.

I don't have experience w/ trailers, but would first unplug the harness you installed on the car and see if it fixes the problems. Also, I would consult the dealer if adding a trailer package requires software change. Good luck!
