Default Nav system/fuse?

The nav system is not operating. The screen won't pop up when you hit the enter button. I thought I'd check the fuse box first but I'm not sure how to get at the cargo area fuse box. The manual shows it behind the panel on the back end of the driver's side in the cargo area. There is no apparent way to open this panel and I am afraid to force it. How do I get this open?

Also, just out of curiosity, what are the two longish flat tabs screwed into the cargo area side panels for? They are screwed at one end.

Thanks in advance for helpful advice!

Default RE: Nav system/fuse?

To get to the REM or the fuse box u need to lift up on the big panel that is on the floor and then lift it all the way up. When you get that up it will allow you to lift the piece at them bottom of the panel you are trying to get out. Then it will come right out no problems. Most of the time it is a fuse but the other day i had a software issue that made it not come up.
