Nerf Bars?
 

Looking for after market Nerf Bars for 06 XC90, Volvo is quite proud of theirs ($700). I think I paid $250 for my GMC truck.

I cannot seem to find any on-line. Really interested in how they look as well.

I was lucky to findthe original Volvoaluminum nerf bars used on eBay for $450 incl. shipping. Some good looking alternatives can be found on http://www.trucktoys4less.com/xc901.htmlbut these run $649incl. shipping.There are several companies that sell"cheaper" looking stainless steel ones for less than $300 (I tried some of those and returned them because they looked terrible on the XC90). I have found some here http://www.car-stuff.com/mmparts/vol...nerf_bars.htmlat a better price, but there are no pics on a XC90. They look better than some, still not aluminium though. I will probrably regret not getting the Aluminium.

The add said "Heavy Duty Mount Kit Sold Separately". Looks like they have 3 different prices for the same nerf bars (same description). Call and ask if they have pictures of these installed on the XC90.

I thought the same at fisrt but they are actually different lenghts; 70, 80, & 90 inches. What is odd is the the 80 inchers are listed as the highest priced. I will try to see if any installed pics are available..........
