New XC90 Owner | Questions!

Heyo.
Just bought a 2009 XC90. I have a number of questions and if any of you could give me your opinion I would be really thankful!

1. Are there any aftermarket all-weather mats / cargo liner besides Weather Tech that are worth looking at?
2. Any weird things/issues to keep in mind when changing ones own oil? (I've done Ford, GM, Honda)
3. Is there any sellers of cargo area nets besides the Volvo OEM? It is REALLY expensive for a net.
4. Is it possible to replace my grille with a grille featuring the new logo? It looks as though the whole thing would just pop out, and I would love to have the updated grille if possible.
5. Any way possible to install an aftermarket head unit? I see Crutchfield won't even touch the subject.
6. I looked up those controller devices for Volvo Nav units. I did not see the 09 XC90 listed. Are there any devices for this model y'all know of that would allow me to increase the capability of the Nav screen? I sure would love to have the Playstation 3 running on roadtrips ;)
7. If the HU replacement is a no go, does anyone have any experience installing a subwoofer with accompanying amplifier? How about replacing door speakers?
8. Anything to watch out for different from other vehicles when replacing the brake pads?

That is a lot of questions. If anyone can field any of them that would be awesome.
Thanks!

I bought weather tech for my 2008 because, well, winter and they are the only company that guarantees they will fit- and they do-perfectly! I found out when having someone else change the oil it is ridiculously expensive due to Volvo specs(at least that's the excuse they used)as well as it needing 7 quarts instead of 5.

We use our xc90 v8 to pull our boat, since we spend a lot of time dripping water we got rubber mats from Walmart because the OEM mats started to wear really bad. They are made to be cut to cut to size and keep the carpet dry so mildew won’t start growing.
